These apartments are terrible. Every tenant that I have talk to have had nothing good to say. The management says that they paint between tenants, that is a lie, they say that cleanliness is important and that they clean the apartments before you move in really well, and that the carpet will be clean, that is a lie, the management there are rude, uncaring, inconsiderate, unprofessional, and do not give the slitest rip about their tenants. Beware do not sign the lease until you see the actual apartment that you are going to rent. The model that they will show you is nothing like the real deal. They will be friendly to you before the lease is signed, however as soon as you sign the bottom line, they do not care from then on....
Example.... when you move in the actual apartment, to find that it is nasty, dirty, smelly and the paint has not been touched for I dont know how long. Well lets just say what they will say to you. Nothing is wrong with the apartment, and when you are not satisfied they will remind you that you have signed a lease and will charge you for half of the remainder of the lease to get out( in the paragraph stating liquided damages. You are then locked in for the most awful living experiance that you can imagine. As hopefully you have read reviews from other tenants they are correct Slums are a actual decription. Watch Out
