Obviously, you are either one of the staff writing the review"I love the greens" or a friend of staff that works there. No one else would write such a review. Give me a break...... Just start changing the way that you do business and then we will quit writing such bad reviews. Have you ever heard of customer service'
Cleaning lessons might be a plus, and hiring new office staff would be a great change
Maybe if the model looked like the actual apartments that you rent out, that would make a difference.
Also... If the staff would do repairs properly, or in a timely manner.
