Have you all tried calling the corporate office' The # is 497-521-6686. I live at a different property and sometimes calling that number and asking for resident relations helps. My property isn't quite as bad as this one but its no picnic either. To everyone wanting to move out just make sure you give them your notice ATLEAST a month before your lease is up or they can rope you into another year or however long your current lease is.
