Moved in latter part of the year. Floor was dark brown, after shampooing for several days it cleaned up to be light brown. It took 3 days to clean the apartment and 3 people helping out to get it up to livable standards. The walls are streaked with grease, holes in the walls, walls are cracked, poor paint job as they just lightly sprayed over ONCE in some areas. Dryer wasn't hooked up for 4 days. They use one mexican lady to clean and she grips about how she has TOO much to do and wants to spend time with her children. I can tell you she doesn't do squat! 13 days after I signed the lease I moved in. I now have mice digging through the walls and coming in and large spiders nesting outside my door. The place smelled so horrible when I moved in, I demanded the O2 cleaner. Which made it smell alittle better but the BO stinky smoke smell remains months later, even now. My smoke detector battery gets replaced with ones that run out after 3 days, then it beeps and beeps. My air filter wasn't changed when I moved in. So I demanded a new one. I hate this place and it is a waste of money. I'm out as soon as possible. Best bet for anyone reading this go to Preston Lakes apartments (or whatever look up Case & Associates in Owasso) they are new and clean or get a rent house or move out of town. I will never recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy. ALSO-Elizabeth is one of the rudest staff people I have ever met. She will yell at you and not help you in any way. She doesn't care and she doesn't listen. I like Mindy though. If you ask her for something she gets right on the phone and takes care of it. So I hope she stays and they FIRE ELIZABETH. I would think LINDSEY MGMT COMPANY would care about their properties and residents but I'm seeing they don't. So warning it is a scam, you don't get to see the apartment before you move in. Then you sign the 28th of the month before and your apartment isn't ready until the next month on the 5th, that is 5 days you've paid for that they STEAL from you. ONCE you $$$$$ pay and sign the lease you are in HELL. DON'T LEASE HERE. DO YOU HEAR ME-DO NOT-DO NOT!!! LEASE HERE!!!!
