I just moved here but so far I have had no problems! The staff was very nice to me and the apartment was clean when I moved in. I don't know why that person said the walls are thin because people I live next to are loud when they're outside but when they get inside their apartment I can't hear them at all! These are probably people who didn't get their way about something because I like The Greens. The only thing I would have to say is the excessive speed through the complex. Mindy stressed to me the importance of the speed limit but no one goes 10 mph. that could be dangerous.

Give it some times...you said it yourself "you just moved in here". You will realize you are in hell soon enough.

Of course you don't have problems. You haven't asked them to do anything yet! The only reason they're starting to clean them better now is because Lindsey Management almost had a lawsuit because of this. I work for the golf course there and can promise you, you'll be hating it soon enough.
