I am currently a resident at The Greens only because the lease has not yet expired. The management team here is the worst I have ever encountered. Someone in that office must have blackmail material on the owners of this property! They hang up on you, and don't help you at all. THE GAVE A KEY TO SOMEONE NOT ON MY LEASE AND SHE CAME INTO MY APARTMENT SEVERAL TIMES AND STOLE FROM ME. I notified the office and they repeatedly lied and told me she was on the lease! They NEVER EVEN CHECKED TO SEE IF SHE WAS ON THE LEASE OR NOT!!! And when I called to talk to them about it, they told me, "CALL WHOEVER YOU WANT; IT WON'T GO ANYWHERE." DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT LIVE HERE EVER!!!!! Not only that, but they take $150 right off the top of your deposit for a "cleaning fee" when you move out. Anyone in their right mind knows it doesn't cost that much to clean at 20x20 area, especially if you are a diligent tenant and don't leave a mess behind to start with. This is the worst apartment complex in the entire Owasso/Claremore area. LOOK ELSEWHERE - SAVE YOURSELF THE GRIEF OF DEALING WITH THESE RUDE, UNCARING PEOPLE!!!
