The only reason we moved away from the Villas is because we needed to move closer to work. The grounds were always very peaceful, parking was good, and the apartments were in very good condition. (They are only a few years old). The staff was also fairly helpful. The only complaint I had was when we first moved in- we had a misunderstanding about when the next rent check was due because we had paid for a full months rent when we moved in, halfway thru the month. They charged us a very stiff late fee and claimed they could do nothing about it. Other than that the grounds were very safe, peaceful and well-recommended by me.
