Villas at Bailey Ranch is owned by Case and Associates. We were warned by our friends not to move into the Villas, but we did anyway. We were flooded 5 times in 2 months. Each time they would say it was fixed and then it would happen again. All they did was replace the padding under the carpet. The last time it happened it went through the bathroom wall, because it was soggy but they did not replace it. We moved upstairs from the apartment that flooded. There is no sound proofing at all you can hear everything. The property manager Sarah stinks too. She just sits on her butt all day and never knows the answer to any questions,
