I've lived here for six months and love love love it. The location is absolutely great. It's located kinda outside of town which stays quiet and away from the 'crime' in Owasso. I hear a lot about crime in the other apartments in Owasso but never at The Villas. I live in Phase 3 which is their newest apartments. I love it. The floor plan is awesome and I can't get enough of the view I have of the golf course. Besides that, the maintenance staff is very quick and takes care of things immediately. I do have insects on occation though. But come on people, it's OKLAHOMA!! Of course I'm going to see an ant here and there in aparment. They have a pest control that I've asked to come out and they come within about one week and take care of any pests that I may have. The prices are higher that others in Owasso, but you pay for what you get!!! Awesome nieghborhood with no crime, pools, fitness center, maintenance, views, great location, quiet. The office staff is friendly too. They seem kind and know what's going on, not air heady like some apartments that I've been in. They always have treats in the office like candy and gum, I think last time they had rice crispy treats. It's a great atmosphere and my friends are all going to move here when their lease is up at their apartments.

I've lived at in Phase III for over a year now and will be moving as soon as possible. You haven't been through a Summer yet and will soon experience and influx of spiders. Also, after your lease is up managment will raise your rent as they have mine each time my lease was up. When I moved in a year ago my rent was approximately $630/$640 per month. Mine is now $710 and that is with a discount. I have already been told by management that it will go up again soon. I'm glad you're liking it so far, I did too for a while.
