Very nice. Well constructed. New appliances. No parking problems. Very quite (minus the train whistles a few hundred yards away). Nice, considerate neighbors. Average age mid-30's-40's.

Grounds are well maintained. Security patrol 24 hours (not that it's needed, nice neighborhood). Beautiful meadow to the west and golf course and large pond to the south. Only three minutes to Hwy 169.

Draw backs are the mailbox keys (I've asked others) take some work to open the boxes. Only one pool (tiny, 4' deep) for all these people. They say there is a another being built but I don't see any construction.

I'm very happy I moved here.
