When it comes to SPACE, we've got it! - Hi, I just want to thank all the staff at Sandpiper apartments for always being there for me. Terrible Apartments!! I had a horrible experience with this apartment complex! The staff was extremely rude, the application process was drawn out- they couldn't hold to their word, and the grounds were unacceptable. The rooms were trashed, and maintenance took forever to get done.

Run fast run far Its the only decent looking apartments in Pauls Valley. Lynn is very professional but her boss, the owner Price Edwards are SLUM LORDS. The property is trashy and the pool is never open . It went down last year and is still not up an running this year. I have called the SLUM

pretty nice The only problem I had is that the carpet was a bit stained. Everything works, the office lady was friendly (although the superintendent seemed a bit rude), and the facilities (pool, gymn, etc) were very nice and well-kept.

My experience at Chapel Ridge is one of total headache.At first it took forever to get approved.Then the whole time I have lived there they where always coming in and out of my apartment.I will never go back again.............

best available in this crappy town, but lacking greatly maintenance doesnt seem too concerned about any problems you have nor are the apartments ready to move in when you get the key. Drains were stopped up, carpet ripped, tile cracked in bathrooms, shingles falling off
