Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
The apartment is in the nice area. It got a outdoor swimming pool, but we never use it. I give it 1 star because:
1. they are reluctant to change the carpet even it is in very bad condition;
2. they charge $120 for cleaning from your deposit or as an extra depending on the lease which I have never had this before with any other apartments;
3. even you give them 30-day notice, they will still charge you rent for period from when you move out to when they re-rent it out.
4. it's pretty old apartment since there aren't really much updates to it.
