My husband and I were very disappointed with our apartment at Pecan Place. The apartment was filthy when we moved in, and then they kept part of our deposit to change the burner pans when we moved out!!
Updates have not been performed in years. The cabinets and doors are in very poor shape. The carpet is in despicable shape.
The office staff is comprised of quite possibly the most hateful people ever born. They constantly cite "rules" that are found nowhere in the lease agreement.
I would not recommend these apartments to anyone!
