It is a bad one I do not think it is a good place to live in. Comparing the other apartments I have been in, it is slow in response of maintenance, and they do not care about your reasonable request. If they can change the management team, it might help the rate.

Not bad considering community options Its not bad considering the other options in this town. A few drawbacks: 1) carpet is pretty old and they are really reluctant to change it regardless of the condition; 2) it is an older building so there is alot of noise from neighbors (I can hear them peee)

ok The apartment is in the nice area. It got a outdoor swimming pool, but we never use it. I give it 1 star because:
1. they are reluctant to change the carpet even it is in very bad condition;
2. they charge $120 for cleaning from your deposit or as an extra depending on the lease which I have
