I looked around at all the apts in Poteau, Spiro, Heavener, and I thought this building was the best. Some of the other buildings in town have problems with drugs and troublemakers, and the managers don't do anything. I've never had a problem like that here. The manager is real nice and she makes sure that repairs get taken care of fast. Most of the other tenants are nice too and good neihbors. They bought some land next door for extra parking so I can park both of my vehicles there and their safe.

I have lived in these apartments for like six months. Our apartment is huge, and the rent is really reasonable. I would recommend these to anyone. Our manager is really nice, and she pretty much lets you be unless there is a problem. She always calls & lets us know when she needs to turn off water for a leak that needs fixing or something. She's pretty good about all that. Water is paid, huge help!
