Do not live here! I cannot stress it enough. Maitenance is terrible. Management is crooked and corrupt. Keep track of your bills because miracously, you will be overcharged exactly $100 over what you owe if you are late on part of your payment. But when you bring it to the manager's attention, oh look, it's not like that on the computer records. You owe $100 dollars less that what the paper left on your door says you owe. Hmmmmm.....how would that happen unless someone manually changed it to print it out for you but didn't save it to the files' Can we say pocketing money' I can't prove it but think about it. It happened to us at least 3 times. The sad thing is lots of lower income people live there and may not keep track of their money as meticously as I do and are already struggling financially and the last thing they need is someone dishonestly overcharging them. It's just sad. While I lived there, 2 cars were broken into and equipment stolen, assault, nasty teenagers whose parents are to busy partying to watch them so they are partying and being loud all night. If you are looking for a place with even a shred of class that is somewhat safe.....this is NOT the place to live. In all fairness, I got the hell out of there about a year ago so I have not been back since then.....couldn't pay me enough to do that. But with management the way it is.....I doubt anything has changed.

Yes, I agree that management sucks. I wouldn't trust the management as far as I could throw them. I took us three tries to get them to finally fix our air conditioner and when they did they blamed us on breaking it (immature). We still can't get them to fix our kitchen drawer. I would not suggest living here either but as far as safety goes I feel just as safe here as I would in any apartment. There is only one couple that fights very loudly but other than that we have had no problems with the residents. Also, I never see anyone drinking or partying and all of the kids seem to be nice. Oh, and if you want satellite, good luck. We finally got it but it was a hassle to get it approved and who knows if they will charge us for the holes in the wall that was left from the previous people.
