I've lived in this Apartment complex for the past couple of years and they aren't bad. Most of the Neighbors(when there are some) are quiet. They do have new Managers frequently, and I've had to prove that I've paid the rent a couple of times because of some bad managers. Depending upon the manager, will also depend upon the Handyman. When we have good managers, they typically get good people to take care of things. When we have bad managers, things go to hell in a handbasket.
There are a couple of shady characters who are either renting or hanging out in the area. I've never seen the police over in the area except when they were looking for a fugitive. So I'm not concerned about drugs in the area.
The Laundry room is small for the amount of people who are supposed to live there, but it's possible to find the Washers and Dryers open from time to time.
