Pro's = washer/dryer, garages, distance to elementary school, storage, location (away from both city scapes), distance to shopping, A walking trail, well lit, microwaves, fireplace (in select apartments)

Con's = unsupervised brats, rules are merely suggestions, garages are limited supply, wear and tear showing on buildings, staff changes, staff gets more detached with each round, dog poo, unsupervised pool usage

Overall, turning into white ghetto but the location keeps it at least worth recommending due to a lack of crime. Gate doesn't always work right, mail carrier isn't the greatest, and drivers don't slow down but, what do you expect with an apartment complex'
