These apartments are very overpriced. During the one year we lived there the rent went up well over $100.00. People let there dogs poop right by your doorstep and the stink is overwhelming. They were built so cheap that dust litterally comes through the sides of the windows and doors. The windows sweat and the window sills were starting to mold. The showers are the hardest to clean as dirt sticks to them. You can never find a parking spot except at the north 40. The garages are hard to see around and more than once kids ran right out in front of our car as there is no supervision. There is no insulation and the noise is loud and it sucks when your bedroom is right by the stairs. Rent for these is as much as finer apartments in Tulsa plus you have to spend the gas money to get there. There is a washer and dryer in each unit, but they are cheap and would often require running the dryer two cycles. Our unit had lightswitches that didn't control anything, outlets that didn't work and phone jacks that didn't work.

We have very loud neighbors upstairs and we did speak to the office, they have become even louder. I agree with the horrible parking, dog poo everywhere and poor maintenance, we have had a ceiling leak for over 17 months.You must be a tenet that they like because I see no lack of thought on the other commenters part.It does not matter if you drive slow or not the kids still run in front of the cars.

You must be living at different apartment complex because I have had none of the problems you have spoken of. Children will be children, deal with it or move to a foreign land with no children!

The dryer doesn't work as well if it gets pushed back too far, the one switch controls one of the plugs, and the rest, yep... but it's at least safer than most in Tulsa or Sapulpa
