When i first started looking for an apartment in sapulpa, i noticed this apartments and i called the office and found out that the apartment wasnt only a decent two bedroom apartment size but the rent was cheap, so i requested an application and the manager told me i didnt need one and then when i wanted to sign a lease she told me that it wasnt necessary but we had a six month lease agreement so i thought it was king of weird but i agreed since i wasn desperate to find an apartment fast. on my first day of moving i entered my apartment and not only was the kitchen and both bathrooms disgusting and full of trash and stuff from the previous owner but on my sons room and the kitchen and the living room walls there was so much writing and dirt from previous owners that i dint want to move in anymore , so i talked to the lady the next day since you cant ever get a hold of her and she offered to send someone to clean that day, well lets put it this way that they never came and i ended up having to clean the apartment my self it took me and my husband one whole day. also be aware of the manager and the maintance guy first of all she is a ----- at first shes nice to you and then as soon as you move in she turns into this evil -----... the maintence guy will break into your car and steal your proprety i actually saw him in my car at night i called the police and notice that my radio was gone filed a report and complained to the manager but again no answer on the phone. three months into moving day there was a sheriff on my door with a warrant for me to go to work since apperantly i hadnt paid my rent in over six months even know i had only lived there for three, i explained and showed my money order receipts that thank god i saved and he explained to me that i still needed to go to court and show my evidence. so i called the manager right away and she told me that it was a misundersting that she would drop the charges (which she never did) overall im sorry i made this review this long and i could keep going but i just want to make sure NOBODY I MEAN NOBODY lives in this apartments... and just FYI that ----- ended up kicking me out which was not a big deal at all since i love my new apartment in tulsa but PLEASE BE AWARE>>>

I do not recommend these apartments either. Its sad because they are spacious for a 2 bedroom and cheap and in a good school district. The owner will not put any money into the place and it needs over $500,000 in repairs per an inspectors quote. Its literally falling apart. German roaches are apart of the complex as well. You can only spray to contain them, they will come back. As for the manager...you get what you pay for. It is hard to get things fixed that really need it too. This is a typical apartment complex with no perks and the electric bill is sky high, generally $100/$200.00 a month. The kitchen cabinets are really old and the paint for each apartment is caked on and you get popcorn ceilings. The new carpet you get is great and so is the linoleum flooring. Your appliances will be old generation. Just be very wise when making a decision about these apartments. They are great for a quick stay but not for the long haul. I could go on...........
