I lived here for about six months, people stole gas out of my truck, flattened my tires, broke beer bottles in front of my door, there was drug dealings everywhere, fights, cops always there, even someone got killed, and the manangement does not do anything about it, all you ever hear is rumors going around that place and no one wants to do anything about it, if you are on drugs without kids, and just don't give a ---- then this is the place for you but if you want to make your apartment feel like home where it is safe, comftorable, and a place where you can invite your family and friends then I would not suggest these apartments.
and you do not get your deposit back no matter what!

This last person who posted must have lived there the same time I did. I was four doors down from the man who got killed. Lots of drugs. Kids who arent watched by their parents. I lived in a corner section where I luckily had a quiet next door neighbor and the apt above me was empty. It was quiet. But not a good place to raise a family or be safe. You will not get your deposit back no matter how emaculate you leave the apt when you leave. Doesnt matter that you never use the stove, they will still claim they had to clean it and replace greece covers. The manager is pretty heartless too. A woman tried to move out after her son got killed there. No matter what, the management wouldnt let her out of her lease.
