I've lived here for over a year now and I must say that if you enjoy living somewhere that is WELL managed, this is the place for you. I have absolutely NO complaints. Apartment manager has been here for over 20 years and runs a very tight ship. To my knowledge, no drug busts, police are called out rarely (I've known of once in a year). Kids are well managed. Apartments are older, but somethings are worth compromising. When something does go wrong, I'm told by other tenants (I've never had anything go wrong) that maintenance is very quick to respond.

I'd give this Apartment Complex a overall rating of B (only because units are older.)
