This place is a dump! There is no maintenance being done inside or outside the apartments. We never see a maintenance person around anymore. We've been asking since we moved in for a maintenance issue to be fixed in our apartment and all we get are empty promises. The manager is a liar; she'll tell you anything just to get you to shut up and then never does what she says she'll do. It all boils down to poor management. How that woman keeps her job, I'll never know. This place is turning into a slum and all we hear is how nice the complex USED TO BE. A few years ago it was a nice place and some of the people who lived here said that it all went down hill when the new management came in. The pools are green and slimy and full of mosquitos and frogs; we're paying for a "gated" complex... that's a joke; the gates don't work and the front entry gate is torn up. We're also paying for pools that have been closed more than they've been open this whole summer. The grass has only been mowed a few times this whole summer and it's a half-assed job when it does get done. There are thugs running the complex and drug deals going on right outside in broad daylight on the stairs and in the parking lots. People break the rules of the complex and nothing gets done even when it's reported over and over to the management. Would be nice if someone would pay attention and get good management and maintenance here.

Amen a1aptdweller! I've lived in Chaple Ridge for 4 years. This place is just as you described. The "Management" needs to be fired. I have made complaints re all you have stated, with NO response. I have a 20yo woman living above me, and have had to call the police on her several times, reported her to the "security guard",(another joke)several times due to loud music, parties, people stomping up and down the stairs. This will go on until 5am most weekends. The police have done all they can do, but my complaints go in and out of the staffs ears. I have drug dealers sitting on my stairs, with cell phones ringing, all day and night. They refuse to give me the name of the property owners! I've had ENOUGH!
