This is the worst place I have EVER lived! Drug dealers, loud music, rude "Management" staff. Maint. crew is worthless. The grounds have only been mowed 4 times the whole summer, and the hedges have never been trimmed at all. I had to call the Shawnee Code Inforcement to get the lawn mowed! This place has gone downhill since the new "Management" has taken over. If you move in here, be prepared to be treated like trailer trash. MANAGEMENT AND ENTIRE STAFF SHOULD BE FIRED!

I'd be more than willing to start a tenant's association. I had to call the police out 2 times last night because of music, screaming and stomping up and down the stairs until 4am.! This is BULL****!

I've talked at length to the Shawnee P.D.; specifically a Corporal Shawn Parsons who is the gang task force officer. Would anyone else be interested in starting a neighborhood watch association in conjunction with the Shawnee PD? I know this doesn't take care of the situation with the AWFUL management we have around here but I think those of us who are decent law abiding citizens and follow the rules of apartment living should have a voice about the gang activity and drug dealing. There's got to be a way to form a tenant's association... I'd be willing to help with that... anyone else interested or have any ideas? I'm sick of having to live like this (and WE shouldn't have to move because of bad management and thugs who probably are getting housing assistance but aren't held accountable for their behavior.) Any ideas??????
