Worst Experience in an Apt

This was the worst place I have ever lived. We notified them of a leak in the bathroom 6 different times, when someone finally came to repair it black mold was growing in the ceiling. Their response? Cover it back up. They didn't even fix the leak and simply patched the hole in the ceiling and left it (and the mold).
The office staff is incompetent.
Our dishwasher had water sitting in it for 4 months and would not drain, I called 3 times, they never fixed it.
The bathroom leak also caused the floor in the bathroom to get soft and it would shift when you walked on it. They told us to "step around it". (It was a second floor bathroom).
Don't live here if you value your health and sanity.

We had a leak for 3 months and they blamed it on the city. Finally someone came out to fix the leak and jackhammered our kitchen floor. They left a hole in floor and a 4ft pile of dirt in our kitchen. We could not even enter to eat. They finally removed the dirt that weekend but left the hold equally as deep. That hole was there for a month. Concrete was poured but poured incorectly so we still had wood covering the hole. Oh how many times did I stub my toe on that stupid wood at night. We chose to break lease because of their incompetence. This all started in January, we moved out at the end of May and there was still a hole in the floor. Great work huh?

The leak was under the the concrete slab which had to be jackhammered up to get to the pipes When the pipe was repaired the hole was filled back in, it settled for 2 days then was concreted and a new ceramic floor installed.Some people who rent apartments think that they are brand new and things should never go wrong. We are continually remodeling the units as people move. Jus for general information th new floor was installed long befor they moved. Maintenance Supervisor, Ken-del Manor Apts
