I lived there for one semester. The staff was very helpful but the rules were insane. I had to break the lease and they made me pay the rent and utilities until the end of the lease and I didn't even get my deposit back.
And the people that live there are horrible. A few students, and the rest are all drug addicts and under age alcoholics. Very noisy, the property is DIRTY, I felt like I was in the middle of the getto.
And yeah, a chick killed herself in the building across from me because her husband was an abusive alcoholic ... this just to give you a better idea of the people that live there.

I remember that when that happened. But you know what? I still live there and it has gotten a little better. The managers there now are cool and are fairly hasty with repairs. I have seen alot in my time there and yea, I am pretty much ready to leave and never look back... Not bad for college students. There are young students all over the place. And yes, there are druggies around and alcoholics. But I mean, you get what you pay for. They have those in Jefferson Commons and that is a TOP NOTCH apt. They have parties and such just about EVERY night. The places ther erun almost a grand. So your better off just leaving town or getting a house in the woods. This IS a college town and that's what your going to get. Bottom line...
