Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
I have lived here for almost two years. For the most part it is a good place. It is a much cleaner place since I moved in. There is not a huge problem with drugs or alcohol anymore as stated in other comments. My only complaint is that the maintenance people take a long time to do anything.
