I have actually lived here for a few years now, both when it was Ambassador and now with it being Henneberry Properties. I think that the complex is alot better. When i first moved in we had ugly roofs that you could just about see through from the outside, then after the new owners came in they put new roofs on the whole complex. Even though it did take a few months to finish i think what we have now if great. I feel alot more safe being here now then before. I almost moved out before the new owners came in, but they did not do anything but make things better. When I go in the office the girls in there actually seem to know what they are talking about and have been nothing but nice. The only problem i have is that one of the dumpsters is always full and seems to blow the trash over the complex alot. I have seen the office staff out picking up trash though but it seems like every time they do that it just comes right back. I asked them if they could get more dumpsters or even lids on the dumpsters but they said that it was something they would have to request with the city.

I am newly enrolled with the OKState University. Even though this place is almost 3 miles from the univerity, would you recommend me this place to live for next two years? How is the security around this place?
