I've lived here for about 6 months and will definitely be renewing my lease when it's up in July. I love these apartments-- everyone here is so friendly, and everything is kept up so well. Office staff is friendly and helpful, and of the one time I've actually had to call maintenance, they were out within 2 or 3 hours and fixed the problem correctly on the first try. THe apartments are quiet and there aren't any partying problems at all. The layout is cozy, and I love that expanded basic cable is paid. I can't say enough good things about these apartments-- you should definitely check it out!
