Rents Not Really Going Up...the last review is misleading.

The last review is really misleading...rent only goes up $100 if you don't sign a new lease and choose to live month to month. For example, if your lease is up in June, but you need to live here through August, then your rent for July and August would be $535, because you would be living month to month as opposed to signing a lease. If you choose to renew your lease for the standard 9 to 12 month period, then your rent will stay the same. I for one love living here and think it's one of the best properties in Stillwater, and I plan on renewing my lease for another year.
