The apartments are nice but the insulation is very thin you can hear every thing for instants my neighbor upstairs never goes to bed and I can hear him every time he takes a step. Another example would be the neighbor next door to me I don't mind if the make love during normal hours but I can hear them at like 3 and 4 in the morning that is uncalled for. The main manager is not a nice lady AT ALL she is very hateful. The rest of the crew is very nice except one scary grounds keeper (Corey) reminds me of someone off of 60 min's. But all and all they do get the maintenance done quick but I would not recommend these apt to anyone. You can get twice the space for the same price somewhere else just as nice. That is exactly the reason I am moving when my lease is up. They are known for not returning all your deposit that is at least $300 or more. I would recommend C-star which is only $200 and they are good at returning your deposit. That is who I will be going back to. Not just for the deposit but ill begetting 805 sq. feet for the same price that I am paying for 500 sq. feet. That is one extra bed room!!!
