New phase are great apartments, but management is rude

The Phase II (newer) apts. are the nicest in stillwater for the price. Phase II seems quiet and pleasant. Nice amenities. Parking spaces are plentiful, but a little narrow. The old lady manager is grumpy and mean and acts like she doesn't want to be bothered. That part is a real turn-off. I hate calling the office when she is there. Some of the others were really helpful.
