First off, the management is very rude, and ignorant, they wrote down the wrong date that my lease ends, and I had to pay for an extra month. to sublease your contract before your lease ends costs you more then just paying for the extra month. the groundskeepers will work on something, then, when they leave, they will leave the door open. Where we lived, there were 2 cars broke down there, one showed up one day, and never moved again, I had ever seen it here before this. The other one was wreckeda year before, then the guy moved out, and just left his car there. There is trash all over the grouds and parkinglots. The "vollyball court" is just a giant litterbox to all the stray cats that forage the dumpsters at night. The stairs to the second floor run up the middle of the lower level apartments, so when the tenants upstairs walk down EVERY morning, you can hear each step. I could hear the tenants above us peeing every morning also. The drywall is patched and bloched looking, and the carpet smells horrible if you get it wet. The sidewalks also flood everytime it rains, or when their sprinklers are on. Their down payment is way to expensive at $350, and their pet deposit is $500. So, acordding to other comments, about not getting deposits back, I dont guess I'll get much of that back. Also, not sure if this is a cox problem or not, but the cable internet there is very slow, probably because of all the apartments on 1 conection, I paid $50 monthly for the 4mb download there, and it was still horrible slow, and I got kicked off all the time. I spend tens of hours on the phone with cox and linksys trying to figure out what the problem was, and couldn't figure it out.
