Management is amazingly incompetent!! They allow 11 month leases but accidentally leased us for 12 anyway. To sublease your apt, you are still breaking your contract and it ends up being cheaper just to pay the extra month. They are a pain to deal with in any situation!
It wasn't long after we moved in that things started to fall apart. The carpet isn't laid down so it began to turn up and unravel. We had continuous problems with the door getting jammed and not being able to lock it.
The obtuse maintenance is very stressful. There were many times when they would be doing something in our apartment with the door left open. It doesn't make sense to let the air out, it contributes to your electrical bill, and puts your belongings at risk of being stolen. Of course management never did anything about it.
The walls are very thin and you can hear everything. It sucks to live on the bottom because when the people upstairs go down, it sounds and feels like they are going to fall through into your closet. Apple Creek was overall the worst experience ever.
