They will take you for all they can. Told me and roomate that we could move out in May. They said we were liable till July. After that they rented out our apartment for june 10th. Told us we had to be out by the end of may, but not before telling us that we had to pay the rent up till the move in date for the others moving in ($134). We paid that for the apartment to apparently sit there empty for 10 days. Before moving out they informed us since they will be keeping our deposit ($300) that there is no need to clean the apartment, it would be taken out of the 300. I didn't trust them so I cleaned the apartment anyway just to make sure and put this whole horrible experience behind me. I just got in the mail 3 months later a statement for 85 dollars in cleaning on our appartment. Unbelievable. $5 to dust off the fan. $15 to mop a 4 x 6 foot kitchen, which was clean, I know because I mopped it. I will never again get taken so bad by these people.
