I looked at these apartments while a student at OSU but ended up not living there. They are beautifully maintained on the outside with weeping willow trees and green lawns, but the inside of the apartment is a different story.

Efficiency units are expensive for what you get and there is only one window in the whole apartment.

One-bedrooms are reasonably good-sized with a walk-in-closet in the bedroom and a bathroom that can be accessed from the hal (instead of going through the bedroom like some apartments).

My good friend lived in a downstair one-bedroom apartmentthat flooded once during heavy rains. They had to throw out all their furniture, lots of clothes, etc. The office was supposed to replace all the carpet int he apartment but instead they just steam-vacuumed it! And when it came time for my friend to move out they refused to refund her deposit b/c the carpet was ruined!!!

The upstairs neighbor must have weight 600 pounds, judging by the amount of noise he made simply walking across the room. These apartments were not built to be soundproof by any stretch of the imagination.

The only good thing about Apple Creek is they allow pets, but so do other apartments and many rent houses.

Keep searchign - you can do better than here!
