This complex is falling apart very quickly. It was poorly built with cheap materials and inadequate labor, and now the management could not care less about fixing it. The maintenance staff is incompetant at best. They are not qualified to fix anything, so please plan on hiring your own staff if you intend to live here. Major heat and air problems, major water problems, all I wanted was to live in civilization. Don't plan on doing that here.
