Lived here for 2 years. Its an older complex so the heating/cooling system is interesting, but it works great. I never had a bug issue. Maintance was great would get there half hour after I called them. And its extremely close to campus.

I lived here for two years, enjoyed free basic cable, utilities,and rent included in one bill. In addition, maintenance were prompt with fulfilling their work obligations, and they'd give you a receipt to document job completed :) On the plus side, if you had to take the bus, all one has to do is walk out the door and go to the curbside on either side of the complex . Although, I did not experience any major problems. However,on occasion, the laundromat; washers & dryers were hungry for quarters. Otherwise, good location, literally next door to a church that serves as a polling place :)
