The AC works good when they have it turned on, but it's not turned on 12 months out of the year. Which they do tell you before you move in. In the spring we just kept the doors and windows open and it wasn't so bad. Management was great and anytime we needed anything fixed they would usually be there that same day. The laundry facilities aren't very reliable, many of the units broke so we had to do laundry elsewhere. It was really nice being walking distance of campus and the bars. It was a lot quiter than many other appts here in Stillwater. We didn't have a bug problem. The carpets were in good shape and the rest of the place was very clean when we moved in. It's nice to have all bills paid and basic cable.Our bathroom didn't have any electrical outlets in it which was kind of odd, but there were some right outside the bathroom door. It's not new and it's def not a place you'd want to live in forever but it was perfect for the college experience. You're close enough to feel like you're on campus. If I had to do it all over again I would choose this place again.
