This is the best appartment complex I have ever lived in. The grounds are maintained and kept very clean and are mowed weekly. The pool is kept clean and safe. The floor plans for the apartments are excellent, I have never seen such great floor plans. The management is great and will work with you on anything you need. If something is broke it is fixed that day or if it is after hours they have an answering service to call the correct person to contact you. There is a maintenance man that lives on site also. The overall enivironment is very much an A !

wow! thank you for the glowing input. our maintenance staff does a great job. in all fairness, not all repair requests can be addressed immediately. we do respond quickly if possible. however, priority must be given to emergencies, and more urgent maintenance needs. matt goodwin cedar oaks
