I loved living here. This apartment complex is the best place I have ever lived in Stillwater. And believe me I've lived in a lot of places. The one thing that attracted me to Cedar Oaks is the nice floor layout of the townhouse apartments. I am an interior design major so I want the best look and great quality in a building. The apartments are very well built, giving you low cost on bills.

The next thing that made me automaticely sign my lease was the staff. Matt, the manager, is wonderful. He's got a great attitude and very helpful. Even on things not relating to the apartments. When I needed a job he jumped to try to help me find one. He's very personable and would do anything to keep his residence happy. There were numorous times I locked my keys in my house and they always dropped what they were doing to help me.

Most of the neighbors are nice. There are alot of families living in the apartments so it stays pretty quiet. There is a great backyard that I loved to suntan on and always felt safe. The front of the apartment has areas that you can plant what ever you want and create your own landscape or if you don't want to they will keep it mowed and they do a great job at landscaping.

Parking can be a problem at times, if neighbors are having people over. You get two parking places per apartment. It gets a little crowded like I said but this didn't happen alot. If it did I just let the neighbors know someone was in my spot and they had them move their cars.

Over all it was a great experience to live there. And I actually hated to move out. I haven't found a better place to live since. And if I was still in school at OSU I would move back into Cedar Oaks in a heart beat.
