Cedar Oaks is a wonderful apartment complex. The floor plans are great and affordable. There is not alot of noise and racket in the community. Parking is assigned so you never have to fight for parking. Neighbors are friendly and respectful. And most importantly, Matt, the manager, is the greatest landlord that one could have. I would recommend Cedar Oaks to anyone.
