I have lived at 2 places that Matt has been the landlord at, Devin Place and Shalamar. Both great places to live. Everything is really nice. Matt is an amazing landlord. Always there to help with whatever you need. If you have a problem it gets fixed fast. Great prices for what you get! I recommend place that Matt is the landlord for!
