The Absolute Best Place I've Lived - AWESOME Management!!

I cannot say enough good things about Cedar Oaks, Matt, and David. They are amazing both as individual people and as a company. Friendly, respectful, understanding, helpful, and honest; these are just a few ways to describe who you're renting from when you live at Cedar Oaks. The apartments are nice and pretty well maintained. You do have to remember that the buildings were constructed in the 1970's, so they're not brand new...things start to break in older homes/apartments; however David was always awesome and coming over right away the few times something out lived it's life expectancy. The dishwasher, for example, broke down. It was the original one installed in the 70's and worked great up until it completely crashed. Within two days of telling them it broke I had a brand new on installed. How awesome is that'' Not many places I've lived will replace something 'non-essential to living', like a dishwasher, that quickly.
They are wonderful for families with children or pets. I, myself, have a few animals and we were all welcomed in the apartment. My dogs tend to be quite loud when we play indoors; however my neighbors could barely hear them...and I could only very rarely hear the loud music a younger neighbor played. The times noises could be heard between apartments were times the noises were exceptionally loud. I was truly amazed at the apparent sound proofing there was in the walls. Not sure if it was intentional or not during construction; but it works and it's awesome!! You wont be awoke in the night by the screaming kids next door. :-)
The only complaint I have from living at Cedar Oaks is related to my fellow residents. Not all of those who own dogs are kind enough to follow the rules and clean up after their dogs. Management does all it can to inform pet owners of their doo-doo cleaning duties; however you can't force people to do it when they're not being watched. But that complaint has nothing to do with management or the apartments themselves. You just have to watch your step when you're in the 'doggie potty' zones around the apartments.
Trust me, even though you have no idea who I am. I am a very honest person and have no reason to lie. This place is great! You wont regret your decision to live at Cedar Oaks!!
