Best Place in Stillwater!

I lived there for 3 years and I loved it! It is hard to find a quite place to live in Stillwater and Cedar Oaks is the best place if you want a quite well kept apartmnet. The manager, Matt, is always helpful and I never had to wait on maintance. Cedar Oaks the best place to live in Stillwater!
