My boyfriend lived in these apts for a year and just recently moved back in after we had lived in another town.

Apperance: The two bedroom he rents costs $550 a month, all bills paid. The rooms are good size and the larger of the two has a HUGE walk-in closet. The kitchen comes with a stove, dishwasher, and frig. Some appliances are older but in excellent working condition. Its not built with top grade materials but nothing is falling apart or too bad to live with. They do have a pool but I've never used it b/c its not the cleanest. And the laundry facilities are okay.

Safety: As for safety we have never had any problems. There have been weird people living in the same area but never bothered us. There are some rift raft living there but they keep to themselves if you do the same.

Parking: Parking isnt perfect but its okay. Recently tehy have been doing some repairs though. I never have trouble getting a spot.

Management/maintnance: Mgmt. is great. They are so nice and they even remembered my b/f after when he came back after a yr. They always give out little calenders with contests, taped to each door. They have drawings for stuff and if you refer friends you can get money off your rent. I don't see the maintence people really. We've never had much problems though and I assume they will fix whatever you need. Oh and at times they're are bug problems but they always spray at the beginnig of the summer and you can sign up to get your apt sprayed if needed.

I would really reccommend this place to live. Plus right now the OSU park and ride comes to the front parking lot for student's convience.
