My husband, newborn daughter and I live here currently, but just until our lease is up, if we can stand it for that long. Since we have lived here, we have witnessed at least two gang fights, a drug deal, and have had to call the cops on several occasions due to noise and partying at all hours of the night. We have also been threatened with physical violence by our neighbors while driving in our car with our daughter in the backseat. When my husband and I reported all these issues to the apartment staff, we were told all of the following: "There's nothing we can do about it, call the cops", "those people don't live kin these apartments so there is nothing we can do", and my favorite (which was told to us after being threatened), "Oh, they were probably just drunk, don't worry about it." Great management! My conclusion is that as long as you pay your rent, the apartment staff really could care less what you do and what goes on in these apartments. I do not recommend these apartments if you are an honest, quiet family just trying to find a nice place to raise your family.
