I have been living here for three yrs and I am a college student that would not live anywhere else. The staff is great and the maintenance men are nice and ALWAYS fix everthing just how it needs to be. Usually the people that are writing bad ratings are the very people causing the problems. Another way to avoid any mishaps is to MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS! I stay to myself and NEVER have I had a problem w/ a neighbor, rift raft, or anyone else walking, driving or riding. Everyone on this property waves and smiles. So if you do know all about the drug deals then you might be a user yourself (be careful what you say). The final thing I have to say is to whoever is looking for an apartment, I also went through the apartment hunting phase and this was the cleanest, nicest place to be. To all others if you allow others to make your decisions, where does that leave you as an adult'! Decide Yourself!

Are you one of the people who work in the office? I heard they come onto this site and post "positive" reviews to offset the REAL residents opinions. Just my humble response to your overated response to this place.

Just reading this (I am looking for an apartment and will most definately NOT choose this one...)but it really sounds like a crappy place to be. And this person that posted 'anonymously' sure does sound like someone that works there. Not all people are dumb and they know a fake post when they see it. Just a heads up-- there are codes that these managers have to keep their buildings up with and if there truly is mold and what not in the buildings, there is a lawsuit right there. And it would be easy to win. This Becky person sounds like a real trip-- who knows nothing about what she is getting herself into... :)
