If they were to maintain the apartments better it would be a great deal. As it is, there is a severe mold problem above the ceiling, and I'd say if there isn't some serious renovation in the next 5-10 years it's going to have to be torn down or gutted. The apartments have nice big windows and the managers recently began installing new carpet in the apartments to make it more appealing. But the underlying serious problems like mold, plumbing, heat and air aren't being fixed. Outside of those problems... my apartment is facing the road and it's VERY noisy. Also for some reason these apartments attract some less than desirable tenants so I wouldn't recommend it to families. It's fine for me as a college student.

Overall, if you have asthma or allergy problems, don't rent here because the mold is so severe. I had an asthmatic friend that had to go to the emergency room after visiting me.
