We lived here a few years ago and never had a problem. We lived pretty close the management office and right in front of the highway. I have heard from friends, the further away from the highway, the worse it is.

The one bedroom apartment was one of the biggest I have seen in Stillwater and all of your bills (excluding phone and cable of course) are paid. I think that's a little misleading though, because it's all electric (no gas) so REALLY all they're paying is water/sewer and electric. Since most other places pay water/sewer...electric really isn't that big of a deal. That said - the price is a good one.

The management was always really nice when I would go in to pay my rent or if I saw them on the grounds.

Near the end of our time there, there were some noise issues. People downstairs were having some nice Jerry Springer-like arguments. But that was only the last month we lived there.
